NCE Seafood Innovation hosts Innovation Camp in collaboration with Ungt Entreprenørskap Vestland and Bolaks where the students will come up with new ideas to challenges in the seafood industry. The challenge in this Innovation Camp will be to compose a new salmon dish that meets the requirements for sustainability, appearance and taste.
One of NCE Seafood Innovation’s overall focus areas is talent attraction. We want to make the seafood industy attractive and ensure that the industy has the right competance for growth in the future.
