The cluster has five focus groups divided into five important topics in the industry:
♻️ Climate, environment and circular economy
💻 Digital transformation and digitization
🐟 Fish health and welfare
🌱 Future feed ingredients
🎓 Future competence and talent attraction
The focus groups function as a discussion forum and an arena for project development across the industry, and from last week's workshop we are left with these thoughts, among others:

- Preventive work within the climate and environment is very important, in addition to the focus on finding good alternatives to the plastic currently used in the industry.
2. Desire for increased collaboration for standardization and sharing of data, and a visible need for competence development in digital transformation and digitization.

3. There is a need to raise the profile of work on fish health and establish larger projects.
4. Feed accounts for a large part of the industry's climate footprint, and must be prioritized to reduce this footprint going forward.

5. Young people must be introduced to the industry early to ensure increased talent attraction and sufficient competence for the future.
Many thanks to everyone who attended the meeting, and extra thanks to Trond Kathenes, The Thanh Nguyen, Margareth Øverland, Mia D., Linda Susan Jensen, Ruben Helmersen Johansen, Bård Sekkingstad, Ole Arthur Vaage and Birgit M.
