How to achieve sustainable volume growth?
Björgolfur Hávardsson led the first panel, which engaged both the audience and the two panelists, Siri Vike from Ovum/Hauge Aqua and Mons Paulsen from Thommesen.
Both improved fish health with a focus on controlling the salmon's environment and the importance of political will to achieve growth were mentioned as important for achieving sustainable growth.

How should the industry ensure the best expertise?
Lena Bekken from Eide Fjordbruk, Siren Grønhaug from Lerøy Seafood Group, Christian Chramer from the Seafood Council and Mathias Sagevik from Salmon City participated in the panel discussion led by Fride Iversen.
Two points from the discussion:
- "We are interested in selling fish, but perhaps we have not been so interested in selling ourselves."
- "We don't have a recruitment problem, we have a storytelling problem."
