In a recent report 'Our new digital everyday life', the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation highlights some of the opportunities that digitalisation offers for society and business. The focus is on showing the opportunities and business benefits that digitalisation brings.
District and Digitalization Minister Linda Hofstad Helleland says in the introduction to the report:
“[…] I hope we can showcase some of the opportunities that exist – both through the description of measures from the government and through the many examples. The idea is to showcase something that can either contribute directly to – or be an inspiration for – digital business development throughout the country. I think we can become better at showcasing the good examples and cheering on the successes. In this document, I want to do just that!”
To illustrate the business benefits of digitalization in society, AquaCloud is highlighted as an example of how the aquaculture industry collaborates to share data. You can read more about this industry collaboration on the cluster's website and AquaCloud's own website .
The cluster is also very pleased that cluster member Eide Fjordbruk is highlighted as a company that is working purposefully to achieve the benefits that digital transformation entails.
The Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation is planning a separate digital meeting with Minister of Regional Development and Digitalisation Linda Hofstad Helleland aimed at business-oriented digitalisation on February 4, in collaboration with DigitalNorway.
