What is required of you as a business?
- You will have access to the candidate database to assess and select candidates.
- You interview and select the Seafood Trainee based on your choices and criteria.
- You choose a mentor in the company who will follow up on the trainee throughout the year.
- You enter into an employment contract with the candidate and pay the trainee a salary. The salary is agreed directly between your company and your candidate.
- The work assignments are arranged by you so that the trainee has the opportunity to participate in four 3-day sessions during the trainee period.
