Seafood Next
Seafood Next is a competency program for new hires and employees who want a deeper and better understanding of the seafood industry.
Among others, Lerøy Seafood Group, Pharmaq, Bremnes, Grieg Seafood and Benchmark Genetics use the program as part of competency development and onboarding for their employees.

What is Seafood Next?
- Seafood Next is a competency program that gives new employees and others in the industry a thorough introduction to the seafood industry.
- The program lasts a year and is divided into four sessions, one of which is abroad.
- Participants receive training in the seafood industry's value chain, sustainable innovation, fish health and feed ingredients, as well as how to use 100 percent of the raw material.

- Employees in the seafood industry who need to update their skills.
- New employees in the industry.
- Employees in support functions, banks and consulting companies who want to learn more about the seafood industry value chain.

Language: English (The program will be in Norwegian if there are only Norwegian-speaking participants)
