Seafood Next
Seafood Next is a competency program developed primarily for professionals in the seafood industry. The program is for both new hires and experienced employees who want to strengthen their competence within the global seafood industry.

What is Seafood Next?
- Seafood Next is a competency program that gives new employees and others in the industry a thorough introduction to the seafood industry.
- Participants from different parts of the industry meet to share experiences, build relationships and develop professionally. Through meetings with leading players, researchers and experts, as well as company visits, participants gain an increased understanding of the industry's value chain, sustainable growth, new technology and innovation.
- The program lasts a year and is divided into four sessions, one of which is abroad.
- Participants receive training in the seafood industry's value chain, sustainable innovation, fish health and feed ingredients, as well as how to use 100 percent of the raw material.

- Employees in the seafood industry who need to update their skills.
- New employees in the industry.
- Employees in support functions, banks and consulting companies who want to learn more about the seafood industry value chain.

Language:
The program will be held in English, but can be conducted in Norwegian if there are only Norwegian-speaking participants.
