Seafood Next batch 8 has been in Oslo for module 3!💜

Cohort 8 has just completed module 3, this time in Oslo and Ås.
The topics were sales, markets and fish health, and we saw how many people work in the seafood industry in completely different ways than outside the cage.

We visited law firms, knowledge centers, analysis players, the university college, the veterinary institute and financial environments, among other places – and learned about everything from legislation and the traffic light system, exports and markets, vaccines and research to fish health and traceability. For many, this was both new and incredibly educational!

The participants in Seafood Next bring a varied and solid experience from working life – but for many the seafood industry is new, or something they want to gain even more knowledge about.🎓

And it is precisely the combination of different backgrounds and shared curiosity that makes the program so valuable.

When you travel together through four modules, ask questions, learn, share experiences and have dinner together – you not only build expertise, but real networks.💜

That's exactly what Seafood Next is all about:
To build expertise. To understand the entire value chain. And to build networks that last.

Next stop: Module 4 in Iceland where we will learn about raw materials and new value chains – we are looking forward to it!
