Boosting cluster activities

In the spring, the cluster strengthened its team through three women;

Karoline Aarebrot began in the spring as Administration Assistant as she simultaneously wrote a thesis on "the psychological effects of the involuntary use of home office and work-related social isolation" as part of finalizing her studies in Leadership and Change at BI Norwegian Business School. Moving forward, she will continue full-time with administration and event coordination while being part of the Seafood Trainee programme.

Silje Ringheim started in February as an Intern on communication, and will be continuing the great work in a part-time position besides her studies at BI Norwegian Business school. She studies Digital Communication and Marketing at BI, and previously has a Bachelor's Degree in Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Høyskolen Kristiania.

Solveig Holm is increasingly engaged in cluster activities as she has taken a full-time position as Project Manager in NCE Seafood. In the previous years, she has been engaged in many cluster activities and cross-sectoral collaboration projects. She has broad experience within project management, strategy processes and business development from various positions in the private and public sector. She is educated Cand.polit. in Social Anthropology from the University of Bergen.

- I am excited to engage full time with projects in the Cluster working closely together with the rest of the dedicated team, says Solveig Holm.

- We are happy to strengthen our Cluster team on project management, communication, events and administration, says Nina Stangeland, Managing Director of NCE Seafood.
