At Arendal Week 2017, the MIT REAP program, led by our board member Torger Reve, presented its final report to Minister of Trade and Industry Monica Mæland.
The program has mapped Southern and Western Norway, and the report gives us knowledge about the ecosystem needed to bring about innovations and successful entrepreneurs.
In continuation of the award ceremony, the University of Bergen and the University College of Western Norway HVL signed a cooperation agreement with other universities and university colleges from Arendal in the south to Ålesund in the north to develop stronger innovative ecosystems and create better conditions for scaling new companies.
The MIT REAP program is developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). The program looks at how to create good regional entrepreneurship – Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (MIT REAP).
