Who is the program for?
The program is aimed at established companies that are experiencing a need to create new growth primarily as a result of the fall in oil prices, but it is not an absolute requirement. The point is that you must want growth and be willing to try something new to create growth and jobs.
What does the program contain?
The program starts with a 2-3 hour workshop where your company's needs for increased competence are mapped. Then, together with you, we create a plan that suits your company: A short workshop to brush up on your business model? A slightly longer course with, among other things, a mentor and perhaps a Springboard as well?

What does the program require of you as a business manager/owner or functional manager?
The program requires that you are willing to learn and that your company has the ability to implement. An important part of the program takes place in the company, in that you as a participant take new and simple tools home to implement there. We would prefer 2 participants from each company.
When?
