OINC Ocean Innovation Norwegian Catapult is a new offering to our members, with the goal of helping companies develop ideas from the concept stage to market introduction faster, more affordably and with better capabilities. The catapult is a national test, simulation and visualization center for efficient prototype development and verification of new solutions for blue growth and green transformation in the ocean industries.
SIVA allocated 40 MNOK to the national catapult Ocean Innovation Norwegian Catapult in Bergen in 2018. NCE Seafood, together with VIS innovation, GCE Ocean Technology, Prototech, Stiftelsen Industrilaboratoriet (ILAB), University of Bergen, DNV GL and Marineholmen Research Park, is the initiator, and we would like to invite you to a presentation of Ocean Innovation Norwegian Catapult and a tour of some of the locations on Tuesday, June 11.
