IMG_5704 The goal of the one-on-one meetings is to give the industry partners a better insight into the entrepreneurial company and to be able to provide good input. Input can be how the entrepreneur's business idea can be interesting for the industrial partner, how to gain access to the industrial partner and open up internal/external networks for the entrepreneurs.
Our common goal is to help entrepreneurs get their first demanding customer, pilot customer, or good input to get there.

Accel Seafood helps seafood entrepreneurs build strong business ideas. This will contribute to increased innovation in the seafood industry while building a functioning ecosystem for entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs need help to succeed with their business ideas, and industry partners have important expertise, networks and resources to contribute. As a mentor in Accel Seafood, you/your company will get access to new business ideas at an early stage, and the Accel program will provide you with knowledge of the latest and best tools for those working with business development. By participating, your company builds its reputation and shows that you support innovation and entrepreneurship.
There have previously been 15 Accel programs in 6 different industries. Our sister organization GCE Subsea has had great success with these programs, and BTO has facilitated 6 programs for subsea. Subsea is planning the next Accel Subsea in spring 2017. 94 entrepreneurial companies have followed the program and approximately 80% of these managed to get through the demanding start-up phase, and now have great growth potential, have been sold to larger companies or are working to get financing in place.
