Innovation Norway: How to succeed internationally?
Grete Bergsland and Sandra Vespestad from Innovation Norway reminded us why international growth doesn't just happen by chance. Andra also talked about free, digital workshops on international market development that help Start Ups choose the right market! And you know what? The workshop is both digital and free!
Grete also emphasized an important lesson: Every krone Innovation Norway invests triggers two extra krones from other sources. Effective capital raising, that is! 💸
Early-stage fund Vestland I – A new start for entrepreneurs!
Ove Gjelsvik from VIS presented the brand new early-stage fund Vestland I, which will invest in the region's upcoming success stories. The fund has already received NOK 41 million and aims to invest in approximately 25 companies over the next three years.
Why is this important? Because Bergen and Vestland are low on the statistics for early-stage investments. Now we want to turn this around and ensure that the technology of the future and sustainable jobs stay here. 🌍🏢
