The money will go towards initiatives that increase resource utilization and recycling of plastic, reduce plastic use or prevent and remove plastic litter. The application form is now open, and the deadline is September 11 at 1:00 p.m.
Support is provided for projects related to six different themes:
- Knowledge of environmental effects and environmental solutions
- Technology for cleaner oceans
- Increased use of recycled plastic
- Reducing plastic litter internationally
- Circular solutions and reduced plastic consumption
- Voluntary cleanup and preventive measures
Together with Handelens Miljøfond (HMF), we organized a webinar today where we provided information about the application. In addition, Jostein Iversen from Grieg spoke about the theme and their experiences with projects that they have received funding from HMF.
