From 5 to 11 April 2025, stakeholders from business, research, politics and culture will gather in Bergen for a week dedicated to a sustainable future for the ocean. This is an opportunity for our members to showcase their expertise, build networks and engage in important debates about the role of the ocean in future value creation.
What is One Ocean Week?
One Ocean Week is an international meeting place for debate, exchange of experiences and experiences related to the role of the ocean in sustainable development. Through collaboration between scientists, politicians, business and cultural actors, we focus on how we can preserve and use ocean resources in a responsible way. The event is part of the UN Decade of the Oceans and contributes to the global effort to protect the ocean towards 2030.

Join conferences and meetings where experts share insights and discuss how ocean industries can be developed sustainably.
Culture, activities and lectures
Experience exciting activities, fairs, lectures and cultural events – many of them open to the public. There is something for everyone here!
The main arena
The activities will be centered around the Havnerommet at Skolten, Festningskaien, Bradbenken and at Bryggen in Bergen. This will be a vibrant center for knowledge sharing and networking.

We encourage our members to contribute to the program! If you have an idea for a course, lecture, seminar, conference or cultural activity, we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to profile your company or organization.

- Title: Give the event an exciting and informative title.
- Organizer: The name of the organization.
- Date, time and location: Provide the complete address and preferably a link to a map.
- About the event: Provide a short, catchy description in Norwegian and English.
- Image: Submit a high-quality image in landscape format.
- Practical information: Contact person, registration information and information about languages.
