On the invitation of His Majesty King Harald V the president of Iceland Guðni Th. Jóhannesson will be visting Norway.
This is the first state visit from Iceland since 1997. The visit aims to consolidate and develop the good relations between Iceland and Norway. The focus of the visit is our two countries’ partnership in the Nordic region and Europe, our common heritage and further development of cooperation in culture, education, research and innovation.
Thursday 23rd of March His Majesty King Harald V and president Guðni Th. Jóhannesson will be visiting the University of Bergen and NCE Seafood business members. Sustainability and Blue Growth is on the agenda.
