Seafood Trainee is the first Norwegian Seafood Trainee program for recent graduates, or new employees. It is organized for the industry by The Seafood Innovation. The program is a combination of a job in a seafood company, and an academic program of twelve days spread over four modules in Norway, Brussels and Paris.
In august we will start the fifth cohort of Seafood Trainee, and the participants will meet in Bergen for the first time.
In Bergen they will get insight about the whole seafood valuechain in addition to visits to a hatchery and a fishfarm.
