A competence program for managers within digitalization and digital transformation?


Seafood Digital is a competence program developed to meet the needs of the seafood industry when it comes to knowlegde development within digitalization and digital transformation. 

Together with leading seafood companies within digitalization transformation, you have the opportunity to explore and discuss experiences and increase your expertise.

We offer programs for 3 different organizational levels:

1) Top Leader

2) Manager

3) Production

About the program for Manager Level

Together with senior lecturer Tarjei Alvær Heggernes from BI we are offering a two-days program for managers in the seafood industry. 

Day 1:  Digital business models and digital value chains, people and organiszation and the role of the leader, digital transformation and innovation

Day 2: Use of data, digitization and process management, cyber security, big data and AI

The program is a mix of theory and practice. Skilled academics and industrial experts will share their experiences and use-cases. Hand-on tips for tools and best practices.

Who is the program suitable for?

This program i designed for middle management professionals, such as area managers, production managers, process managers, team leaders or other involved in fish health and disease management. 

As we enter an era where data and digital tools are increasinging in importance and businesses and processes are undergoing rapid change, this program will help you stay ahead.


Practical information

All courses take place from 09:00-17:00, 2 days in a row.

Seafood Digital, Manager – Bergen, 25.-26. November 2024

Seafood Digital, Manger – Trondheim, 27. -28 . November 2024

Seafood Digital Manager – Tromsø, 28.-29. November 2024

 

 

Language:

Seafood Digital will be conducted in Norwegian.

 

 

 

 


Costs

 

Program fee members: 8.500 NOK no. vat included

Program fee non-members: 12.500 NOK no vat. included

 

Registration is binding and applies to all modules. 

Travel to and from meeting location must be organized and covered by the induviduals.
