NCE Seafood Innovation og Ungt Entreprenørskap har fått med seg ulike sjømatbedrifter til skoler langs kysten av Norge for å treffe over tusen vgs-elever. Målet er at flere skal bli kjent med næringen og første stopp er Kirkenes.
Får ettertraktet kompetanse inn i næringen
I krysningen mellom bits og bytes, bøyer og båter, finner vi Belmin og Jon, to av Lerøy Seafood sine nye traineer innenfor IT. Hver høst starter det rundt 30 nye traineer i sjømatbedrifter rundt om i landet som finner veien til næringen gjennom kompetanseprogrammet vårt Seafood Trainee.
