In 2022 NCE Seafood Innovation established a new competence program for the seafood industry.
The program aims to provide knowledge and inspiration for new circular business models across value chains and more circular economic solutions.
It is facilitated in collaboration with Sveinung Jørgensen and Lars Jacob Tynes Pedersen, leading experts in sustainable business and circular economy. They lead the Centre for Sustainable Business at NHH.
Seafood Circular is a competence program consisting of four modules á 1 day, lunch to lunch.
The 4 modules:
Modul 1: Introduction to terminology and circular business models.
Modul 2: Framework conditions, government strategy, EU taxonomy, and circular value chains across industries.
Modul 3: Global trends and opportunities
Modul 4: Future perspectives and realisation of circular business models.
Time and place: Four modules of 1-2 days (lunch to lunch) at Bekkjarvik Gjestgiveri.
Our next program starts in February 2023, and the modules are on the following dates:
The program is supported by Vestland County Council and the City of Bergen.
All: NOK 5.000,-
Partners and members of NCE Seafood Innovation Cluster: Free of charge.
Non-members: NOK 20. 000,-
Included: Circular Economy Program 4 modules á 1 day (lunch to lunch).
Not included: Travel, hotel, diet. Hotel and diet will be invoiced the participants after each module.
